TERMS
AND CONDITIONS 1.) Nonstop Couriers, Inc., it’s
employees, owners, and agents (Nonstop) shall not be held liable for damage,
loss, or mis-delivery of shipment(s) due to acts of
God, Public Enemies, Public Authorities, Authority of Law, Quarantine, Riots,
Strikes, War, or shipper negligence. 2.) Nonstop shall not be
responsible for any consequential or special damages whether or not the carrier
had knowledge that such damages might be incurred. 3.) Shipper is responsible for
proper packaging, labeling, and addressing of shipment(s) so as to insure safe
delivery with ordinary care in handling. 4.) All shipments are subject to
inspection by the carrier or other authorities but the carrier is not obligated
to perform such inspections. 5.) COURT FILING STATUTES THAT
RUN WITHIN 24 HOURS MUST BE VERBALLY NOTED TO DISPATCHER AND WRITTEN ON THE
DELIVERY TICKET FOR THE COURIER OR AGENT OF NONSTOP. 6.) Nonstop’s liability
shall be no more than the charge of the delivery or $100.00, which ever is
less,unless an amount is declared in the
special instructions box of the Nonstop Delivery Ticket, and/or in the declared
value box of the Web Order Entry Form. 7.) All claims must be made in
writing to the address below within 5 days of the acceptance or attempt of the
delivery. 8.) An order that is cancelled
with less than 30 minutes notice before the scheduled pick-up time, will be charged an attempt fee of $15.00 for pick ups
with in 20 miles of Center City Philadelphia, 19106, and the full charge of the
delivery for pick ups outside of 20 miles from zip code 19106. Nonstop
